turning 23 with a shock - lydia's surprise birthday party

some shocks are worth it.

lydia turned 23 with a bang of sorts, after a surprise birthday party i arranged for her on saturday 11th april (her actual birthday bein' on the 16th). a whole bunch of loud, dysfunctional people managed to turn bugis fish & co upside down and topsy turvy that night. all in all, it was a night to remember. as lydia put it herself, her most memorable birthday party ever.

all of the joy would not have been possible if not for the numerous people who helped me in one way or another while i was frantically coordinatin' things from the confines of my stay-in camp. so alphabetically, i would like to thank the following people very much, for their assistance, presence and presents: abul+syirin, adam, amutha, brindha, karthig, melvyn, priya+bala, sanji+xiaowei, sham, shan, sofi, & suhaila.
