    joga bonito

    it's gettin' round to crunch time in my course. and i'm one who believes in approachin' my studies with a relaxed frame of mind. so in an effort to "get away before gettin' stuck in", i joined the lady's colleagues from pivotal, for a lil football kick-around late on sunday night.

    what made the event significant was the fact that the lady decided to accompany me and support me from the sidelines. and the end result? a session that was as intensely fun and crazy for the two of us as it was tirin' for me.

    i'm even smilin' now, thinkin' about some of the picturesque crazy moments i got out of the event. from the delightful "go yogen" cheers to the chicken dance to the deliberately timed substitution so that i could sit next to her, we were both in the zone, and our infectious craziness was there for the whole world to see and smile about. i tell u, insanely fun stuff happens whenever i'm with this woman. haha..

    anyway thanks lydia lee, for bein' there in more ways than one. u could've chosen to go back and rest, instead of sittin' in the same spot till 1am doin' nothin' but watchin' amateur football. but the fact that u were there, and had great fun with me thru it, showed in no uncertain terms, that i'm with someone who would be there for me thru anythin', be it big or small.

    even if it was a little, insignificant midnight football match.
