    singing solo

    today, for the first time since my arrival, i was left all alone at the "office", and had to do everythin' myself. but in my line of work, that's actually a good thing.

    yes, i cleared my first solo. i've actually got that top-of-the-world feelin' right now.

    do i have a loooong way to go still? yes. do i have lots more to learn and achieve? heck, yes.

    but this sure was a little step in the right direction.

    thanks be to God firstly, for the favourable winds that allowed me to clear this first hurdle on, of all days, my dad's birthday (happy big one, dad).

    and thanks also to the lady, for bein' all that she is. you inspire me lydia lee. always will.

    gonna rest now, have a pleasant week ahead folks.
